Meritage’s Ann Coll will leave no menu unchanged. As Grub Street pointed out a few weeks ago, she’s changed over the restaurant’s a la carte menu, giving it a seasonal switch-up for the fall months. But she’s not stopping there. Tomorrow night, Coll will debut a new fall inspired bill of fare for he popular Tuesday night $35 four course vegan tasting menu. Some new dishes include butternut squash soup, fall vegetable salad and wild mushroom soup with cellophane noodles. Click through to see the entire menu.
