When the Post hinted that EMM Group was opening a midtown restaurant called Lexington Brass, we thought it might be the rumored project in the Paramount Hotel. But now reps for Eugene Remm and Mark Birnbaum tell us the 110-seat eatery will open at the 48Lex hotel at 517 Lexington Avenue and 48th Street. Though the Post reported that Top Chef’s Hung Huynh would be developing the menu alongside Abe & Arthur’s Franklin Becker, the official word is that Becker will be working with chef de cuisine Marcellus Coleman, formerly of 71 Clinton Fresh Food and Rose Water. Look for a February opening.
