Talk about a chef supergroup! Walter Manzke and Alain Giraud, both Bastide vets, will join Celestino Drago and the Joel Robuchon Vegas vets and current Bottega Louie team of Alen Ramos and Carolyn Nugent to cook one dish each for a prix-fixe menu at Drago Centro on October 24th. Banding together to fight hunger through the Lee Oneness Foundation, the five-course, $150 “Food Celebration Dinner” will be paired with a silent auction and three differently-priced options of wine for each course. Reservations can be made with Drago Centro, while the silent auction cab be perused online. Check out the menu below and, it shouldn’t be too hard, tell us which chef you think is responsible for which dish in our comments.
