The Wall Street Journal paints a downright David versus Goliath-esque picture of a few big chains catching wind of our street truck awesomeness. Toppers Pizza and Tasti D-Lite are among the behemoths purportedly lingering on the fringe, ready to strike. The one question we’d love to have answered is whether that rumored ten-year waiting list for a year-round street cart permit is going to apply to the big guys. We’re hoping so. [WSJ]
