Flour Bakery’s Joanne Chang Dishes On Forthcoming Book

In an interview with Boston magazine’s Chowder, Flour Bakery + Cafe owner Joanne Chang brings us up to speed on her aforementioned and aptly named recipe collection Flour: Spectacular Recipes from Boston’s Flour Bakery + Cafe. When asked about the inspiration behind the baker’s book, which hits shelves in mid-October, Chang told Chowder: “Since I didn’t go to cooking school I feel like I got a lot of my own training and learning through cookbooks. I wanted to write a book that shared how gratifying and fun and delicious and doable baking really is.” Having full access to Flour favorites is a pretty sweet incentive to check out the upcoming release.
