Speaking of burgers, Santa Rosa restaurateur Nino Rabbaa has decided to capitalize on the whole high-end burger trend, and in a tribute, if you will, to Hubert Keller, he’s opening Downtown Burger Bar on Third Street in Santa Rosa.
