BlackBoard Eats plans to throw a feast of an offer at their subscribers today: a one-night dinner with Neal Fraser at Test Kitchen. Fraser is cooking five courses from his forthcoming menu for $55, with two seatings available only to BBE members. Also, a free glass of wine will be thrown in. Among Fraser’s dishes will be a steelhead tartare with creme fraiche and smoked trout caviar and a wood-oven roasted Sonoma quail with rosemary stuffing, with everything ending on chocolate cake, caramel ice cream, and candied rose petals. The deal is due to pop-up sometime this morning in members’ inboxes, giving you a few scant minutes to join if you’re not already getting their deep dining discounts.
