While a name remains elusive and the concept a little vague, Stephen Starr’s non-gastropub, which is expected to open in coming weeks at 18th and Sansom streets, has a chef, according to the Insider. His name is Robert Aiken, and he is the twin brother of British culinary sensation Tom Aiken, whose resume boasts Michelin stars and Iron Chef UK. Whether or not Ken Friedman is involved in the project, as previously reported, remains to be seen. [Insider]
