Changes are afoot at Philly Kitchen Share. As Grub Street had mentioned a few weeks ago, culinary director Tim McGinnis plans to transform the food business incubator into a more traditional restaurant, which according to Meal Ticket is already underway and could see an opening as early as November. The name McGinnis chose is American Blackboard, and the restaurant will feature many housemade, smoked, cured and pickled items. In the meantime, American Meats & Provisions, the sandwich and catering division of Kitchen Share, is still selling its wares through South Philly’s Green Aisle Grocery. This week it’s launching a new fall menu, featuring such new sandwiches as Russian Lox, Bully Brisket and Cajun Ham and Cheese. Click through for the entire menu.
