Oasis Cafe Opens Second Outlet in the Loop

Falafel for everyone!

Loop lunchers have never really had a problem finding falafel. I mean, you’ve got BenjYehuda, two locations of I Dream of Falafel, three locations of Jaffa Bakery, and a Haifa Cafe or four. But the most famous one is probably Oasis Cafe, which is stationed literally in the very back of a jewelry store on Wabash. We’ve braved lines so long we were actually forced to look at expensive rings before. So while the Loop isn’t exactly starved for Mediterranean restaurants, it’s kind of nice to hear that a second location of Oasis Cafe just opened at the corner of Van Buren and Wells. It’s menu is much the same, though instead of busy jewelry workers you’ll now have to deal with patrons from the Billy Goat III. [LTHForum]
