Night Market Postponed; Starr Pop-Ups Are a Go, Rain or Shine

This week’s weather brings some good news and some bad news. First the bad news: As if Tyson Bees’ absence wasn’t enough of a bummer for you, due to Thursday’s inclement forecast, the Food Trust is postponing its inaugural Night Market at 10th and Tasker in South Philly. The rain date and other details have not been announced yet. Now, the good news: Scott Schroeder’s Oktoberfest pop-up dinners at Stephen Starr’s Continental Mid-town tonight and tomorrow night are a go, rain or shine. However only the first 75 people who reserved spots are guaranteed seats at tonight’s dinner. For everyone else, the weather will determine if they get in.

More good news: Seats are still available for tomorrow’s Jim Burke and Chip Roman collaborative dinner at James. Call the restaurant for reservations.
