Former Ramblas general manager Debi Cohn is looking to open what sounds like another Spanish restaurant called Asiento in the former Monkey Club space (2730 21st Street). We’re pretty sure the building still looks like this (at right), so it’s an eye-catcher for sure! Cohn formerly worked for the Resmex Group (Zazil, Colibri Mexican Bistro) and as of now it’s only a guess that Asiento will be tapas-driven, like Ramblas, given the Spanish name (it means “seat” or “settlement”).
