No sooner did we call the closure we now get word that the Drolopas brothers sold the Ebb & Flow space (18th & Guerrero) to the team of Bill Clarke and Alan Carter, co-owners of Mission Beach Café just up the street. As the Scoop reports, the name and concept are TBD, but they do plan to focus on vegetables and seafood, and to repeat the Mission Beach Café formula of “value-oriented neighborhood fine dining.” But fear not: MBC is staying right where it is.
