If you’ve been anxiously awaiting the opening of the Boylston Street location of chocolate-centric cafe Max Brenner, you’ll have to wait just a little bit longer. The opening of the 5,900 square foot cafe has been delayed until early 2011, spokesperson Danielle Sarna tells Grub Street. She cites “construction issues” as the reason for the delayed opening, but says it has given the company time to focus on the opening of their new Las Vegas location. Although there is no publicly set date, it sounds like construction is starting to move along because Sarna says the Boston store will “definitely” be open early in the new year.
