Like Children, Americans Still Won’t Eat Their Vegetables

A new study by the Centers for Disease Control finds that, despite years of PSAs telling people to eat three servings of vegetables and two servings of fruit per day, no one’s really doing that. About 25% of Americans are eating their broccoli and carrots, but there’s been no increase in a decade and fruit consumption has actually gone down. [Slashfood]
