Pig Out at ’inoteca’s Restaurant-Hopping Whole-Hog Series


The ’inoteca team leaps onto the whole-hog-dinner bandwagon with a monthly series of intimate dinners inspired by Italian regions. The multi-restaurant set of meals features one night each at Corsino (October 18, Tuscany), ’inoteca (November 15, Piedmont), and ’inoteca e liquori bar (December 13, Alto Adige), each starring a pig hand-selected by ‘ino owner Jason Denton. The five-course dinners are $160 a person, or — deal alert! — $400 for all three, and include wine pairings, tax, and tip.
