These two may have the top rated restaurant in North America and a restaurant or two in the works, but that hasn’t stopped Grant Achatz and his business partner Nick Kokonas from writing Life, on the Line: A Chef’s Story of Chasing Greatness, Facing Death, and Redefining the Way We Eat.
