Come September 24, Lincoln Centers sloping elevated lawn will draw more than picnickers. Beneath that verdant roof is the sleek, glass-walled Lincoln, where chef Jonathan Benno, late of Per Se, has assembled a modern-Italian menu, served la carte to start. Lunch launches September 30, and will eventually feature a prix fixe menu del territorio celebrating specific terroir and local products like Satur Farms lettuce (in the romaine salad) and Paffenroth Gardens eggplant (in the caponata).
