The Globe continues their unofficial series on why Fenway Park’s food service is as awesome as the Sox themselves today with a look at the food being served in the park’s premium Pavilion and EMC Clubs. Not only are the clubs’ kitchens helmed by Oleana and Icarus vets, but almost all the food is locally-produced. Just like with Fenway’s super-skilled hawkers, other parks are looking to emulate the park’s locavore style. Now if the local products could just trickle down to those of us in the cheap seats.
