Blackfish Relaunches Lunch

After putting daytime service on hiatus for the summer months, Chip Roman, chef-owner at the venerable Conshohocken BYOB Blackfish, is relaunching lunch this week. Starting today, the restaurant will serve lunch Tuesdays through Fridays, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Highlights from Blackfish’s lunch menu include steak frites, chicken pot pie and the infamous “Big Burb Burger,” which Inquirer critic Craig LaBan raved about in the burger roundup he wrote back in 2007.
