As One Restaurant Week Fades, Another Restaurant Week Rises

As if the extra baggage that came along with this latest round of Center City Restaurant Week hasn’t given you enough to chew on, hold on to your chopsticks, because there’s more on the way. After wrapping tomorrow night and going on hiatus Saturday, Restaurant Week will enter round two on Sunday, which is also when the New Jersey Restaurant Association kicks off its own week of meal deals in the Garden State. With its restaurant week, participating restaurants will offer $35 three-course prix fixe meals, free coffee and dessert with the purchase of an entrée or a 20 percent discount on your total tab.

When that winds down on the September 26, Philly’s Chinatown debuts its restaurant week, with 17 of the neighborhood’s restaurants offering special four-course dinners for $15-$20. That same day Collingswood, NJ’s restaurant row starts up its restaurant week. The following day, September 27, will be the official kickoff of the Mainline’s restaurant week, which runs through October 1.
