Alex “I Didn’t Steal Ed’s Pea Puree Nor Am I Really Into Coke and Hookers” Reznik is moving on from Cafe Was, the Hollywood restaurant owned by Ivan Kane, who once called Reznik “a kindred spirit.” The chrome-domed toque recently packed his knives on Top Chef and tells Eater, “Based on some of the truly inspiring experiences I’ve had lately and the incredible culinary talent I’ve been fortunate to get to know, it’s a really good time for me to move forward, grow and explore. I’m thankful to Café Was, and look forward to the next adventure.” [Eater]
