The construction at Next and then at Aviary

For a place that was recently voted the top restaurant of the year by Epicurious, it’s kind of strange to still be talking about construction photos. But that’s just the way things have been going for Grant Achatz and Nick Kokonas and their upcoming project Next. It, along with the cocktail bar Aviary, have such an appealing and novel concept that it’s hard to stop talking about them even though they aren’t open. Luckily, Achatz just posted two pics of the inside of each. While both have a long way to go, they are looking a little more loved than the shady pictures that were leaked earlier this year.
