Xino Attempts To Alleviate The Westside’s Dim Sum Deficiency

Craving a little dim sum on the far Westside? Possible relief is being prepared at Chris Yeo’s Xino, the only new Santa Monica Place restaurant not to take a firm tootin’ n’ bootin’ from Jonathan Gold last week. You might need to drink a lot of green tea though, as the shrimp har gow and pork buns, along with small bites like sliders and lobster/prawn pot-stickers, don’t arrive until 11:00 P.M. and are served until 2:00 A.M. Thursday through Saturday. The bar here also just launched its happy hour, Monday through Friday from 4:00-7:00 P.M. with all cocktails and bites like Kobe beef tartare and crab rangoon priced at five-dollars.

Xino, 395 Santa Monica Place. Santa Monica. 310.755.6220.
