What to Eat at the Simple Sandwich, Rolling Out on September 6

While those pesky laws that inhibit food trucks from cooking on site are still on the books, there is another food truck that is getting ready to hit the scene. Called Simple Sandwich, it will dish out –you guessed it– sandwiches and salads made from “natural, organic and local meats and produce.” The official start date is September 6, but no routes have been picked out as of yet. Like seemingly all food trucks, follow them on Twitter to see where they’ll end up. For now, check out the menu below.
