What to Eat at The Cupcakory, Rolling Through Boston This Fall

It’s Fall Preview day here at Grub Street Boston and we’ll be bringing you mouthwatering news and photos of the season’s biggest openings all day long.

Cupcakes and food trucks are two of the biggest food trends of the past few years, so it was perhaps inevitable that they’d join together eventually. Enter The Cupcakory, a soon-to-launch food truck serving eighteen varieties of cupcakes and three types of teacakes. Owner Diane DeMarco tells us that the truck will soon join the SoWa Open Market’s mobile food court and will hopefully soon start driving around Brookline and Dedham and stopping at farmers’ markets. We’ve got your very first look at the menu, which features an ample selection of vegan treats, as well as a drool-inducing look at the cakes themselves.
