It’s finally here folks. Ever since Graham Elliot made the jump to Culinary Director of Chow Town, we’ve been anticipating who he’d bring in and what they’d serve. We got a look at some of the samples a few weeks ago, and then covered some of the controversy that unintentionally came up out of it. But now the only thing that can stop you from digging into Big Star’s pork belly tostada is just the oppressive heat and Lady Gaga. We’ll have an update next week about how the food actually turned out, but for now check out the menu for some of the vendors we are most excited about.
