Ever since we first heard about Eatt back in March we’ve been waiting so patiently to write a post called “What to Eat at Eatt.” These kind of gifts don’t come around often. It was only when the time was upon us that we realized that we had never bothered to stop and wonder what the spot would actually be serving. Well, no more. The restaurant, which is owned by the same people behind the Rosebud restaurants, is mixing French bistro fare with the old-fashioned American diner. So you’ll be able to order pancakes and a huge burger, along with the Eggs Benedict and a Nicoise Salad. [Thrillist]
