Naked Lunch proprietors Ryan Maxey and chef-partner Ian Begg have their sights set on a mini-empire that branches out from their current lunch-only operation at Enrico’s in North Beach. They tell Food GPS that they’re looking out for a spot in SoMa to “serve San Sebastian-style tapas until 2 a.m.” The boys couldn’t yet be reached for comment, but we look forward to seeing them try their hand at the cuisine of Ferran Adria’s homeland.
