Nob Hill: Masa’s new pastry chef Maggie Leung (formerly at Americano) has launched a new summer dessert menu including a summer berry “terrine” with basil-lemon panna cotta, a Chandler strawberry “pain perdu” with pink-peppercorn meringues, and a chocolate-caramel-walnut tart with fleur de sel.
