Does the cast of Gossip Girl know how to cook? Considering how frequently they were seen dining out this and every week, it would seem not. On-off couple Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr were just so hungry they resorted to eating each other's faces over sushi at Izakaya which would suggest they're back on again. With a candlelit meal at Market Table, Blake Lively and Penn Badgley managed to keep things a little classier; later in the week, Chace Crawford joined them at Nobu. Perhaps just like their pampered UES characters, they're flummoxed without a butler, maid (shout out to Dorota), or private chef to do the hard work for them. Here's the rest of this week's celebrity sightings, including Vice-President Joe Biden at Otto.
