Literati Bar and Grill in Brentwood, which changed its name last year from Literati II after the departure of chef Chris Kidder, has long racked up praise for its burgers, even earning L.A. Times’ vote as one of the city’s top ten. While nearby Rustic Canyon’s Monday nights have turned into an institution of burger-dom, Literati launched their own weekly burger special last night with plans to keep it going. Every Thursday starting at 5:00 P.M., the restaurant is offering four different burgers, priced at $7.50 each with fries and salad. Beers will only cost you five bucks apiece, with top-tier choices including Maudite, Scrimshaw, and Chimay. Stay tuned to Literati’s Facebook for weekly updates and see the full menu of burger and beer options below.
