Matt Levin and Kar Vivekananthan’s neighborhood bistro Adsum recently launched brunch, which it serves Saturdays and Sundays. Today the restaurant unleashed an expanded menu of traditional and Levin-ized brunch dishes that will be available starting this coming weekend. Some of the highlights include chorizo corndogs with fried hen eggs, black beans and cilantro crema, an heirloom tomato omelet with chimichurri and farmhouse cheddar, and smoked sturgeon lox with not-so-traditional garnishes. Prices will range from $6 to $15. Click through to see the new brunch menu in its entirety.
