Kitchen Nightmares, the Fox reality series where Gordon Ramsay “makes over” struggling restaurants (read: berates the owners into submission), is currently casting in Boston. Eligible restaurants must have been open for at least a year, have 35 seats or more, and offer dinner service. Though we’ve certainly experienced plenty of our own kitchen nightmares in Boston restaurants, we want to hear your opinion: what is the city’s biggest kitchen nightmare?
