What to Eat at Radius, Opening Tonight

Photo: Brian Smeets/Grub Street

Tonight marks the debut of Radius, the restaurant in the former Julie’s Supper Club space (not to be confused with Radius Café next door, which has been open several months). Chef Kelly Hughett relocated from New York, where she most recently worked at Adour Alain Ducasse, and the concept is fairly simple, with all (or most) ingredients sourced from within a 100-mile radius. The opening menu features some summery salads, oysters, cheeses, and some classic preparations like sweetbreads meunière and a braised lamb shank. Also of note, they have a lovely back patio.
