Towne, the anxiously-awaited Jasper White/Lydia Shire spot, is set to open in Hynes Convention Center next week, and we’ve got your first look at the drink selection. The beverage program was developed by mixology guru Alexei Beratis, formerly of Scampo and Boston Public. The cocktail list is well-curated, and includes a nice selection of both classics and originals, like the Gypsy Dancer, a blend of cucumber vodka, aloe, and honey. The eight draft beers are all from Massachusetts, with Pretty Things, Harpoon, and Mercury all present and accounted for. For the non-drinkers, there’s a good list of non-alcoholic options available, including basil lemonade.
