We thought it might be last weekend, but Grub Street just got word from co-owner Tim Ryan that the new Café Prague replacement at Mission and Sycamore, named The Sycamore, is aiming for a public opening on Monday after a friends and family event Sunday night. As Ryan’s sister Liz earlier told Mission Local, the concept is “a place where people want to hang out” with a menu of sliders, Boston-style roast beef sandwiches, and craft beers. Update: Alcademics has the menus and some photos.
Also set to debut next week: Grub on Valencia (about time, right?), and Café Des Amis in Cow Hollow (earlier peek here).
