We’re surprised no one thought of this awhile ago. The Asian carp is an invasive fish, which just about everyone agrees would decimate the ecosystem of Lake Michigan if it ever made it there. Politicians have called for electric fences, closing rivers, and poising the water. But Governor Pat Quinn just signed an agreement yesterday to send as much as 30 million pounds of Asian carp to China, where it is consumed regularly. [Chicago Breaking News]
