Two and a half years after announcing plans to open a Boston location, Vapiano will open its doors in the Transportation Building on June 23 and we’ve got your first look at the menu. The Germany-based chain offers fast, casual Italian fare: think simple pastas (Bolognese, chicken alfredo, pesto) and pizzas topped with everything from smoked gouda to roasted eggplant. Entrees top out at $11.95: not such a bad option for pre-theater cheap eats.
