What to Eat at Fondue Cowboy, Opening Next Week

New SoMa melted cheese nexus, Fondue Cowboy, will make its debut next week in the former Extreme Pizza space at Folsom and Russ (between 6th and 7th). Grub Street happened upon Dave Mur’s project a few months back, and following some usual delays, the place is now set to open on Thursday, featuring five wines on tap, and a selection of beers as well. See the delicious sounding menu below.
