Praised for his po’ boy and rapidly gaining a reputation for Big Easy specialties, the New Orleans heritage and Cajun cooking of chef Brandon Boudet that leaks into Los Feliz’ Little Dom’s has nearly eclipsed the fact that he still prepares very well-regarded Italian in a West Hollywood classic. In honor of mud-bug season beginning down South, Boudet is gathering a collection of down-home dishes for an afternoon crawfish boil this Saturday on the patio of Dominick’s from 2:00 to 6:00 P.M. In addition to the spicy shellfish, Boudet will lay out two po’ boys and oysters on the half shell, among a few other Cajun classics.
