With tonight’s forecast looking darker and gloomier as the evening wears on, it’s only logical to seek indoor refuge for tonight’s Center City Sips. Devil’s Alley, Jose Pistolas and Time are three places that are perfect for stepping in out of the rain.

• Philly Beer Week is still going full force, and City Tap House is presenting the Best of the Best, which will feature beers from Beer Advocate’s “Top 25 Breweries of All Time” (nine of the top ten are from Pennsylvania). Representatives from breweries Stone, Ommegang, Russian River, Avery, Troegs, Great Divide, Sierra Nevada, Great Lakes and Victory will be on hand.

• The Flyers go for it all tonight against the Blackhawks and at Sampan fans can enjoy satay, kobe hotdogs and kobe burgers for $2 a piece all night. The game will be shown on the Graffiti bar’s 50-inch TV.

Bistrot la Minette begins its weekly Bistro Bites deal, which it will offer on Wednesday nights throughout the summer. Tonight Chef Peter Woolsey is serving Flammenkuche, an Alsatian-style pizza with crème fraiche, nutmeg and caramelized onions, and Kronenbourg for $10.

North Bowl hosts Pabst Blue Ribbon’s Industry Bowling Tournament, which pits local bartenders and restaurant employees against each other, at 8 p.m.
