A rep for Juliet tells us that Todd English is no longer affiliated with Jon B’s Cheslea club. English’s menu was phased out a month ago and tonight the new chef, Mario Tolentino, will introduce a new one. Tolentino (who won an episode of Chopped) was a corporate sous-chef at San Francisco’s Aqua before he moved to Hawaii to open a personal-chef business. His new menu was inspired by global street food, and will be offered Tuesday through Saturday from 6 till 11 p.m., when Juliet morphs into a club — see it below.
