Time Is Nigh for Central Square Flour


Get excited Cantabrigians: Joanne Chang tells us that the Central Square outpost of Flour Bakery + Cafe will open the week of June 21. The new Flour will have the same menu as the South End and Fort Point locations. In other Chang news, her cookbook Flour: A Baker’s Collection of Spectacular Recipes is set to drop September 29.
