Thermidor, the new restaurant from Spork partners Neil Jorgenson and Bruce Binn makes its debut this week on Mint Plaza. The interior is not quite complete, with a few light fixtures still on their way, but the vibe as you’ll see is very 1960s, which is also the decade from which the menu takes its cues (with items like the namesake Lobster Thermidor, which will arrive on the full menu shortly).
