Art in the Age, the folks who gave us Root, rolled out another small-batch organic spirit last night called Snap. Like its forerunner, inspiration for Snap comes from a centuries old recipe. This time it’s Lebkuchen, or as its more commonly known, Ginger Snaps. The 80-proof liqueur is distilled from black strap molasses, cinnamon, cloves, and fresh ginger. Look for it at PA Wine and Spirits Shoppes in August.
