Sam Talbot has only one more summer in the Hamptons before he comes back to helm the restaurant at the Mondrian Hotel, and it sounds like he’ll spend much of it on the water. Per a VF Daily questionnaire (decidedly not Proustian), Talbot wears a Loomstate swimsuit, his song of the summer is Locksley’s “The Whip,” and he enjoys “herbal therapy” in the evening, whatever that could possibly mean.
