It’s time for another round of everyone’s favorite restaurant real estate guessing game. Today’s item up for bid: a large, “recently remodeled” restaurant that’s “in a prime location near AT&T; Park.” The price: $345,000. The clues: 3,000 square feet with seating for 70 inside, 20 outside; open kitchen; “specially treated” concrete floors; high ceilings; and large glass windows. We know there was some talk about Paragon being up for grabs, and we think MoMo’s can seat more than 20 on its large patio. So is it Paragon? Feel free to guess. And remember to send us your neighborhood tips, no matter how small they may seem. We live for this shit.
