"Sunday Routine," the Times column that has previously explored the lives of David Chang, Drew Nieporent, and Padma Lakshmi, now takes us inside Mario Batali’s world (as if that naked painting weren’t revealing enough). Defying the night-owl cliché, he says he usually wakes up at 6:30 a.m. and is asleep by 11 p.m. Also: He eats at Da Silvano.
