Restaurants across the country will donate a portion of their profits from June 10 through June 12 to Dine Out for the Gulf Coast. Affiliated organization Gulf Coast Oil Spill Fund will use the money to “make emergency grants to nonprofit organizations helping the victims of the oil spill.” Participating New York restaurants include Bar Boulud, Macao Trading Co., and Print.
